Alan Yan is the Contracts Manager of Gammon Construction Limited. He has over 24 years of experience in construction industry and has been responsible for a number of large scale infra-structure projects in Hong Kong. His experience covers a variety of civil engineering construction works including highway structures, railway network and stations, tunnels, roads and bridges.

Mr. Alan Chan is a Civil Manager in Airport Authority with 30 years’ experience in highways and transportation infrastructure projects from inception, planning and engineering study, design, tender to construction administration and supervision. Alan has been responsible for several medium to large scale projects in Hong Kong, China and United Kingdom.

Mr. Mark Ngan is a Senior Resident Engineer (Civil) of Ove Arup and Partners (HK) Ltd. with over 22 years of experience in the planning, design, management, contract administration and supervision of civil engineering, highway, sewage treatment and infrastructure projects, as well as intergrated casino resorts, having worked on a number of major projects in Hong Kong, Macau and UK.

Dr. Gordon L. M. Leung

Gordon is the Secretary-General of the Hong Kong Road Research Laboratory (HKRRL), which HKRRL was set up in 2002 and it has been a highly recognized research centre for the development of highway materials and technologies in Hong Kong and nearby regions. Gordon also serves as a Master Degree lecturer for highway pavement engineering with the Hong Kong University as well as short courses designer and trainer for the Highways Department. Before starting his career in the academic and research field, he had gained his professional experience with Ove Arup HK as a Civil Engineer between 1998 – 2007. Gordon's research interests are in the areas of pavement geotechnics, unbound and bituminous materials, pavement management system and accelerated pavement testings. In the past, he played a key role in establishing and updating a number of specifications and guidance notes for the government.

He has been involved in all stages of project development from inception and scheme evaluation through design and preparation for contract, construction supervision, completion and subsequent inspection and maintenance..

Mr. Tam holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from The University of Hong Kong. Mr. Tam has over 20 years of experience in planning, development, design, construction and operation of highway infrastructure projects in the PRC.

Prof. S.C. Wong is Chair Professor of Department of Civil Engineering and Associate Dean of Faculty of Engineering at the University of Hong Kong. He was Chairman of CIHT(HKB), President of CILTHK, and Council Member (Co-opt) of HKIE, and is currently President of HKSTS, Council Member of CILTHK, and Chairman of the Logistics and Transportation Discipline Advisory Panel of HKIE. Professor Wong is a Justice of the Peace, Vice-Chairman of the Town Planning Board, member of the Advisory Council on the Environment, and member of the Road Safety Research Committee of the HKSAR Government. He was member of Transport Advisory Committee from 2004-2010 and Harbour-front Enhancement Committee from 2007-2010. He also served as a member of the Tuen Mun Road Traffic Incident Independent Expert Panel in 2003, and a member the Expert Panel on Sustainable Transport Planning and Central - Wan Chai Bypass in 2005. In 2015, he was awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star from the HKSAR Government.

After retiring from Government (ArchSD), Raymond joined the HK Airport Authority between 2015 and 2018. Then Raymond worked on ArchSD/ Transport Department's project , Vehicle Examination Centre, Tsing Yi for 2 years under WSP, finishing the main structure construction in July 2020. Afterwards Raymond joined the Highways Department's Central Kowloon Route project in August 2020, now working in the Kai Tak site as SRE under Arup.

She has considerable stakeholder engagement experience and is well used to dealing with organisations from all different sectors.

Tony has over 15-year experience in research and teaching in Hong Kong, New Zealand and the Netherlands. He delivered various levels of lectures of civil and transportation engineering related subjects. Tony's research interests are traffic safety, driver behavior, and transport policy. He has over 100 research outputs including international journals, conference proceedings, and technical reports. Tony is currently an associate editor of Accident Analysis and Prevention and editorial board members of five international journals. He had experience in consultancy service for the Transport Department and the Independent Review Committee on Hong Kong's Franchised Bus Service of Hong Kong SAR Government. Tony is also a member of the Road Safety Research Committee of Road Safety Council in Hong Kong.

These include inspection of highway structures and preparation of inspection reports; traffic sign drawings; taking-off calculations; reinforced concrete (RC) detailed drawings and bending schedules; contract administration; supervising contractor in carrying out water leakage rectification work, liaising with government departments and private parties on site handover arrangements and reviewing temporary traffic arrangements on carriageway for manhole inspection. Martin Law is an Associate Director in AECOM with over 15 years of experience in Traffic Engineering and Transport Planning. He specializes in highway network and alignment design, traffic and transport studies of New Towns, New Development Areas (NDA) and major infrastructures. He has been the traffic and transport team lead in a number of major projects in Hong Kong including the design and construction of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Boundary Crossing Facilities, Tung Chung New Town Extension (East), Kwun Tung North NDA, West Kowloon Cultural District and Trunk Road T2. He is enthusiastic of bringing in innovative traffic solutions to large-scale development projects, one of which is the recent introduction of Hong Kong's first Full Autonomous Shuttle in the West Kowloon Cultural District.
